The problem
Care providers have to show the CQC that every member of staff is trained, up to date and compliant. Without the right system, that means certificates scattered across inboxes and spreadsheets that are out of date the moment they're saved.
My Care Academy needed a single platform where providers could train staff, prove compliance and prepare for inspection, without the admin burden.

- Staff compliance tracking with red, amber and green statuses
- Mock CQC inspections to help providers prepare
- Certificate verification, a recruitment tracker and survey tools
- A learner dashboard showing progress, badges and assigned training
